Lodging

Strawberry Creek Inn B&B
26370 Hwy 243  (951) 659-3202

--The Strawberry Creek Inn is a 10-room B&B featuring both vintage and rustic themed rooms; eclectic decor that artfully mixes American Country, Asian, & African; and a sought-after full gourmet breakfast made from local, organic ingredients, including fresh eggs from their on-site hens and honey from their beehive.  Strawberry Creek runs along the back of the property and provides a scenic, short walk into town, and several cozy indoor and outdoor sitting areas lend themselves to gathering with friends and family or spending quiet time alone.

-- The Strawberry Creek Bunkhouse is a boutique motel deceptively situated on the main highway into town, but perched on a hillside and overlooking a private 5-acre forest from the back.  Rooms and cabins at the Bunkhouse have more of a camping or cabin theme, and all have kitchenettes and private balconies facing the forest.  Each morning, a delightful breakfast basket is delivered outside your door by the Bunkhouse staff, including fresh-baked homemade scones, homemade lemon curd, fresh organic fruit, organic oatmeal packets, and fruit juice.  The Bunkhouse is ideal for families or those wishing to share a room and split the cost, with various bed configurations available.  Some rooms are designated as pet-friendly or allergy-friendly.

VIP CAMPING IS FULL! The Idyllwild Spring Challenge is opening VIP camping next to the Expo that will be limited to 40 people.  This is first come first serve so reserve your spot early by contacting Katie via email to personally secure your space.  Each group will be charged $10 for the weekend and a list of each person in the group must be provided or the park rangers will not allow admission.  These sites are primitive with no fire rings or hookups but do have access to bathrooms and showers.  Within the same park just a short distance from the Expo you can reserve campsites with full amenities.
