IDYLLWILD CYCLING, A CHAPTER OF THE INTERNATIONAL MOUNTAIN BICYCLING ASSOCIATION

 

WELCOME TO IDYLLWILD CYCLING.  Idyllwild Cycling's mission is to create, enhance and preserve great trail experiences for mountain bikers in Idyllwild, and to create a bicycle friendly community through cycling awareness, safety advocacy and promotion of bicycling for fun, fitness and transportation. Idyllwild Cycling seeks to preserve, protect, and promote mountain bike access and diverse riding opportunities on California’s public and private lands through education, communication, and unified action.

Idyllwild Cycling also has an active group of road cyclists and proudly cares for a section of Hwy 243 through the Adopt-a-Highway program.

Currently Idyllwild Cycling's focus is on the May Valley Trail System scheduled to be open for public in the spring of 2015.  For more info see below.

Idyllwild is a small alpine town located in the San Jacinto Mountains just west of Palm Springs, CA. The mountain biking boasts some of the best trails in So. Cal, if not the entire west!  Join our club for a weekend of great racing at the Idyllwild Spring Challenge or come up any time of the year and enjoy the many trails that will make you smile for days.  This is Idyllwild and we welcome you!
