Katie Hedrich
Chief instigator and driving force of Idyllwild Cycling. She is the president of Idyllwild Cycling and is the one responsible for bring to life the "Idyllwild Spring Challenge" every year. A women of vision, with the idea of hosting a local mountain bike race in the San Jacinto Mountains. She has suceeded in uniting the people of Idyllwild, both cyclists and non-cyclists, in supporting this event. Katie invests every spare moment of her day to the details of the of the Spring Challenge race. She is an accomplished mountain bike racer and California state champion. These days she enjoys riding for fun on the beautiful trails in and around Idyllwild.

Alan Vester
Vice-President of Idyllwild Cycling, Alan has been by Katie's side since the formation of Idyllwild Cycing. Alan can often be found riding the trails in Idyllwild and May Valley. His newest exploit is endurance riding on the road bike. He has completed several centuries and coming soon, a double century. Go Alan!
